Liao Top-up Terms

This is a translation of the Simplified Chinese original. If the two versions differ, the Simplified Chinese version prevails.

1. How you are charged

Translation and AI analysis are both charged by characters and share one balance;
Hits in the translation cache on our servers make no extra request to the provider, but under the current rules they still count as usage; translations already in the translation cache on your computer make no new request and use no characters;
When provider prices change, the prices shown on the top-up page and the bill page prevail.

Sign in at helloliao.com, click "Top up" (充值) in the top-right corner, choose an amount and click "Go to payment" (去付款) to place the order;
The page shows a USDT-TRC20 receiving address and an amount; the order is valid for 30 minutes. The amount ends with an extra 0.001–0.099 USDT identifying amount, which is how we recognize that the payment belongs to your order: please transfer exactly the amount shown on the page, including all 3 decimal places;
Transfer from a wallet that supports TRC20; the payment is credited after 19 block confirmations (TRON's finality);
Once confirmed, your balance is credited automatically and the payment appears in your bill (with the on-chain transaction ID, for reconciliation).

Only the TRC20 network is supported. Assets sent over ERC20 or other networks may not be recoverable.
When you withdraw from an exchange, the exchange may deduct its fee from the amount sent: please make sure the amount actually received equals the order amount, otherwise it will be treated as an underpayment.
If you transfer after the 30-minute validity period but the payment arrives within 24 hours of placing the order, it is still credited automatically as long as the identifying amount matches.
A wrong address, a mismatched amount or an expired order may all need manual checking; underpayments are put on hold for manual handling, and overpayments are credited at the order amount, with the excess handled manually.
Top-ups are irreversible and non-refundable: once confirmed on-chain, we cannot roll them back.
Our servers store only a read-only receiving address; they do not hold your private keys and will never initiate any transfer on your behalf.

The main account manages the balance for everyone and can allocate credit to sub-accounts (without an allocation, they share the main account's balance);
When a sub-account's credit runs out it stops right away until the main account allocates more;
To have a missed payment credited, to request a refund, or with reconciliation questions, contact Telegram support through "Settings → Help & diagnostics" in the app, and include the on-chain transaction ID.

The current version does not provide invoices; if this is needed later, we will add the rules to these terms.
